I wasn't going to make this StMichaelWatches.com review but after going back and forth for a couple of days, I decided I should warn you. This site is no different than the others I've tried so far. Their imitation watches have the same flaws and when it comes to assume their mistakes and stand behind their return policy, they forget English language.
Quality: Are These Watches Any Good?
At first, I was thinking to buy one of their fake Tag Heuer watches but they don't have any. That's strange! So I bought a Rolex and it wasn't a surprise when it arrived and the sapphire glass fell off. I can't understand what's happening with these imitation watches.
The Site: Usability and Design
The overall look of the site gives you headaches. All the colors, the changing ads and the “Featured Products” are too much. But I must admit I was surprised to see they don't have Breitling, Hublo or Omega replica watches.
Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?
The lack of customer support is annoying. I waited 15 minutes on their Live Chat system with no luck and phone line is bogus.
Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?
I received my Rolex watch in 10 days, not 7 like they state on their sits.
Return Policy: Is It Reasonable
Theoretically, the return policy is good but practically it's really hard to return a watch when there's no one to assist you. I'll get my money back from my bank once again.
The Bottom Line
Although StMichaelWatches.com review is the same as many other reviews, I had to warn you.
